How It All Began...

   One hot Summer afternoon, I took our twin sons to the Lincoln County Fair.  They immediately gravitated towards the livestock barns & most especially the Dairy Goat Show.  Grateful to be under cover & out of the sun, I was content to watch the competition.  Little did I know that it would change my life!   The boys were completely enamored with the goats & expressed a desire to have one for their birthday. ...

Yes, Arthur eats peanut butter crackers ... lounges in my husband's recliner ... wears a diaper around the house ... and occasionally spends time in the barnyard!  Well, actually, his indoor days are behind him now since he is a grown buck.

As you can see, Pumpkin will steal your heart away so we became concerned over his safety in the barnyard.  The neighbor dogs were showing an unhealthy interest in the little guy and heaven only knows what else may lurk around our barnyard in the dark of the night!!!

We asked around amongst the more seasoned goat owners in the area for a solution to our dilemma & the answer from all was

"You need a Livestock Guardian Dog!!"
